My name is Brandon Blaylock. I’m currently in the 9th grade and I’m currently taking a computer applications class, which has made me become interested in pursuing a career in technology .I have many strengths, but some of my main ones are that I’m well organized and I use my time wisely. I’m a hard worker and I have the values of honesty and responsibility. I have always been a successful honor student and throughout my school career I have received all A’s. I have been awarded two academic team sports awards and also multiple other academic achievement awards. I want to graduate with all honors and attend a 4-year college where I plan to study computer engineering.
I am interested in pursuing a career in the field of technology, particularly in the area of computers.I want to pursue this pathway because I enjoy working with technology and I like creating new ways/ideas to solve problems.I am familiar with most forms of technology and I have a good imagination, which would help me in solving complex problems.They are many jobs that relate to this form of education and there are many different varieties of businesses in which these skills could help me be a efficient workerThey would say that I was a hard worker and that I always do my work. Also they might say that I am a good group worker, but also an efficient independent worker.
I am using a word document as my example and this shows my understanding of technology, because I understand how to operate certain computer programs. This sample is a piece of class work we did using MS Office word and it’s a letter that I typed in a business format. I learned how to correctly type a business letter in the appropriate format/layout. You can locate this sample in the productivity folder of my portfolio.
I plan on working hard, so that I can enjoy myself later on in life. I’m willing to start at the bottom and gradually work my way up the latter of the business world. During the creation of this portfolio I learned about different ways that I could put my services out to employers and the different qualities that employers look for in their workers.
